An inclusive approach

This strategy is aimed at you as a manager of a government agency. It has been developed to provide support and act as a tool to reach our shared policy goal for employers – that state operations shall be characterised by managers and employees with a “mixture of background and competence that is of importance for your operation´s work, quality and customer orientation” (diversity).
